The venue was always fairly clean, had great staff and location. The room was huge, with king bed. Plenty of options for breakfast including cereal, toast, bread, oatmeal and hardboiled eggs.

I had 3 nights in San Francisco, spending the time here lovely. The room I booked was cleaned and available with cleaned towels, 2 bathrooms plus king bed.
Disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

Big nice basic hotel, the location and staff were excellent. I appreciated the room for the wheelchair. The breakfast had something for everyone - coffee, fresh bread, oatmeal, muffins and yogurt.

Knowledgeable personnel were happy to help with our requests, terrific service. Having different welcome drinks in the roof top bar was a very nice touch👍👌

A SILENT hotel in San Francisco. Everything was spotless, the continental breakfast was totally worth it. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. The location was secluded, cosy. The pool was heated and the views were excellent.

The hotel was very well decorated with compact rooms and I loved very polite staff. Stunning location to fisherman's wharf. Amazing pool to relax in too. Had a really comfortable time.
Shame the bathroom was a little small.
